MINIMUM SALARIES FOR POLICEMEN (EXCERPT)
Act 157 of 1941

123.824 Inapplicability of act.

Sec. 4.

This act shall not apply to persons engaged in part time, emergency or special police service or to any person not actively engaged in said service.
