The bill would create a new Act to require that interstate highway 275 north of the Livonia intersection of interstate highway 275 and interstate highway 96 be known as the “Disabled American Veterans Memorial Highway”.
The State Transportation Department would have to provide for the erection on the highway of suitable markers that indicated the name of the highway.
Legislative Analyst: L. Arasim
The bill would result in a cost of approximately $1,000 (fabrication and installation) to the State Trunkline Fund for highway markers.
