CONTENT


The bill would amend Part 401 (Wildlife Conservation) of the Natural Resources and Environmental Protection Act to allow the taking of waterfowl with a single shot handgun loaded only with shot shell.


(The Act declares that all animals found in the State, whether resident or migratory, and whether native or introduced, are the property of the State. The taking of all animals must be regulated by the Department of Natural Resources as provided by law.)
