        A bill to repeal section 47 of 1969 PA 38, entitled

   "Hospital finance authority act,"

   (MCL 331.77).

               THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

 1         Enacting section 1.  Section 47 of the hospital finance

 2    authority act, 1969 PA 38, MCL 331.77, is repealed.

 3         Enacting section 2.  This amendatory act does not take

 4    effect unless Senate Bill No. ___ or House Bill No. ___ (request

 5    no. 06043'98) of the 89th Legislature is enacted into law.
