A SUMMARY OF HOUSE BILL 4452 AS INTRODUCED 4-13-99


The bill would amend the General Sales Tax Act to allow a person subject to tax under the act to exclude from the gross proceeds used for computing the tax, the sale of a casket (or other outside burial container) for burying any honorably discharged veteran of a federally recognized branch of service.
