A SUMMARY OF HOUSE BILL 4951 AS INTRODUCED 10-5-99


House Bill 4951 would designate the part of highway M-32 located between Ripley Boulevard and Bagley Street in the City of Alpena as the Veterans Memorial Highway. Under the bill, the Department of Transportation would provide for suitable markers at the approach of the highway when sufficient private contributions were received to pay the cost of erecting the markers.
