A SUMMARY OF HOUSE BILL 4956 AS INTRODUCED 10-5-99


Under the provisions of the Traxler-McCauley-Law-Bowman Bingo Act, workers at a bingo, a millionaire party, or a charity game are not allowed to be paid except as provided by departmental rule. The bill would allow a licensed organization to pay a worker not more than $20 for each occasion.
