Changes from FY 1999-2000 Senate-Passed: |
1. Sec. 218. Natural Features Inventory (NFI). The House substituted Senate language with a requirement that the department submit a transition plan for future operation of NFI by 3/1/200 (Sec. 226). |
2. Sec. 223. Work Projects. The House restored FY 1998-99 language requiring a list of work projects be provided to the Legislature. |
3. Sec. 224. Urban Sprawl. The House inserted new language that urges inter-governmental cooperation in providing assistance, grants, or loans that promote urban redevelopment, and urges compliance with local zoning ordinances. |
4. Sec. 225. Settlement Funds. The House inserted new language establishing a work group on court settlements to develop a strategy for disbursement of this revenue to local governments. |
