CONTENT
The bill would amend Public Act 74 of 1917, which regulates the size and shape of containers for small fruits, berries, and vegetables, to delete provisions that require the Department of Agriculture to establish and promulgate rules and regulations for reasonable tolerances and variations of the containers.
