        A bill to amend 1909 PA 95, entitled

   "An act to authorize township boards of trustees to receive and
   hold property, real or personal, left to the board in trust for
   the upkeep of a cemetery or lots in a cemetery, and permitting
   the board to expend the funds in accordance with the trust,"

   by amending section 2 (MCL 128.72).

               THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

           Sec.  2.  (1) All  moneys  MONEY and property which may be

 2
      received by  said  THE TOWNSHIP board by way of gift, grant,

 3
      devise, or bequest, for cemetery purposes, shall be under the

 4
      control of  said  THAT board  ,  and shall be held in trust
   by

 5
       said  THAT board, subject to the terms and conditions  on 
   UPON

 6
      which the  same were  MONEY WAS given, granted, devised, or

 7
      bequeathed  ,  and  the same  shall constitute a trust
   fund.

           (2) If left in money, it shall, unless otherwise expressed

 9
      by those making  such  THE gift, grant, or bequest, be invested

      as a permanent fund in  good, safe, interest bearing securities,

 2
      the interest therefrom  THE MANNER THE BOARD UTILIZES FOR OTHER

 3
      TOWNSHIP FUNDS to be used as designated in  said  THE trust  ,

      under the supervision or direction of the  said  board.  ; and no

 5
      part of such  THE income shall NOT be used or appropriated for

 6
      other than the purposes expressed in  said  THE trust, except the

 7
      paying of the clerk of  said  THE board OR OTHER APPROPRIATE

 8
      PERSON for  his  THE services in carrying out the provisions of

 9
       said  THE trust  , which  IN AN amount  shall be
    determined by

      the board.

           Enacting section 1.  This amendatory act does not take

12
      effect unless all of the following bills of the 90th Legislature

13
      are enacted into law:
