        A bill to amend 1851 PA 156, entitled

   "An act to define the powers and duties of the county boards of
   commissioners of the several counties, and to confer upon them
   certain local, administrative and legislative powers; and to pre-
   scribe penalties for the violation of the provisions of this
   act,"

   (MCL 46.1 to 46.32) by adding section 11d.

               THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

           SEC. 11D.  IF A COUNTY PLEDGES ANY PORTION OF THE GENERAL

      FUND OF THE COUNTY AND ISSUES ANY BOND OTHER THAN A GENERAL OBLI-

      GATION BOND OR A REVENUE BOND UNDER THIS ACT, THE COUNTY SHALL

      PROVIDE FOR AND PUBLISH A NOTICE OF INTENT AS PROVIDED IN SECTION

 5
      10 OF CHAPTER 5 OF THE MUNICIPAL FINANCE ACT, 1943 PA 202, MCL
