        A bill to repeal section 14 of 1993 PA 327, entitled

   "Tobacco products tax act,"

   (MCL 205.434).

               THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

 1         Enacting section 1.  Section 14 of the tobacco products tax

 2    act, 1993 PA 327, MCL 205.434, is repealed.
