ENROLLED SENATE BILL No. 1057

AN ACT to repeal 1863 PA 211, entitled "An act to establish a military school in connection with the agricultural college," (MCL 390.171 to 390.173).

The People of the State of Michigan enact:

Enacting section 1. 1863 PA 211, MCL 390.171 to 390.173, is repealed.

This act is ordered to take immediate effect.
