1. The Senate recommended that several FY 2000-01
boilerplate sections be retained for FY 2001-02, including:
Sec. 207. Requires privatization procedure. Sec. 209. Prohibits foreign goods purchases. Sec. 210. Requires steps to provide business to deprived and depressed areas. Sec. 211. Requires creation and retention of reports. Sec. 602. Requires veterans homes annual report. Sec. 604. Specifies veterans homes board of managers appropriation as work project. Sec. 701. Requires an applicant for a benefit program to be provided an appeal, if due to lack of information being provided to applicant. Sec. 704. Requires Department to assist county counselors to obtain training. |
2. The Senate recommended the following new boilerplate
