        A bill to repeal 1939 LA 4, entitled

   "An act to prevent hunting for game on Sunday, in the county of
   St. Clair; to authorize the arrest of persons violating the pro-
   visions of this act, and to prescribe the penalty therefor; to
   repeal Act No. 5 of the Local Acts of 1929; and to provide a ref-
   erendum thereon.".

               THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

           Enacting section 1.  1939 LA 4 is repealed.
