             Enacting section 1.  The following acts and parts of acts

        are repealed:

             (a) 1879 PA 200, MCL 15.41.

             (b) 1948 (2nd Ex Sess) PA 1, MCL 15.201 to 15.202.

             (c) Section 3 of 1861 PA 111, MCL 21.183.
