AN ACT to repeal 1947 LA 9, entitled "The act to prevent hunting, on Sunday, for game animals and game birds in the county of Macomb.".

The People of the State of Michigan enact:

Enacting section 1. 1947 LA 9 is repealed.

This act is ordered to take immediate effect.
