A SUMMARY OF HOUSE BILL 4604 AS INTRODUCED 4-30-03
The bill would amend the Penal Code to specify that a permit is not required to sell or offer for sale an antique firearm, ammunition for an antique firearm, percussion caps for use in an antique firearm, or black gunpowder (or similar product), through the Internet or other electronic media or through a newspaper, magazine, or other print media.
