A SUMMARY OF HOUSE BILL 5965 AS INTRODUCED 6-1-04

The bill would amend the Weights and Measures Act (Public Act 283 of 1964) to require the sign or marquee advertising the sale price of gasoline to display the price on the front and back sides.
