CONTENT
The bill would amend Public Act 282 of 1945, which provides for county planning commissions, to require the appointment to a planning commission of one member of a public school board, or an administrative employee, of a school district included, entirely or partly, within the county's boundaries.
The appointment of the school board member or administrative employee would have to be made upon the first vacancy occurring after the bill's effective date.
