SENATE SUBSTITUTE FOR

HOUSE BILL NO. 4599

                                                                             A bill to repeal local acts restricting hunting on Sundays                        

in the counties of Tuscola, Lenawee, Hillsdale, and St. Clair.              

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

1       Enacting section 1.  All of the following local acts,                       

2   affecting the counties indicated, are repealed:                             

3       (a) 1927 LA 2 - Tuscola.                                                    

4       (b) 1931 LA 1 - Lenawee.                                                    

5       (c) 1935 LA 1 - Hillsdale.                                                  

6       (d) 1939 LA 4 - St. Clair.
