A bill to amend 1931 PA 328, entitled
"The Michigan penal code,"
(MCL 750.1 to 750.568) by adding section 367d.
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:
1 Sec. 367d. (1) A person who steals or attempts to steal
2 anhydrous ammonia is guilty of a felony punishable by
3 imprisonment for not more than 4 years or a fine of not more than
4 $2,000.00, or both.
5 (2) This section does not prohibit the person from being
6 charged with or convicted of any other violation of law in lieu
7 of being charged with or convicted of violating this section.
