     A bill to amend 1939 PA 280, entitled

"The social welfare act,"

by amending section 14i (MCL 400.14i), as amended by 2004 PA 571.

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

     Sec. 14i.  Section  Sections 57f(3)(c), (e), and (f) and

section 57g(4), (5), (6), and (7)  shall  do not apply after

December 31,  2005  2006.
