     A bill to designate the second Friday in May of each year as

 

Military Services Appreciation Day.

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

 

     Sec. 1. In recognition of the men and women who serve in the

 

Michigan national guard or a reserve component of the United States

 

armed forces, the legislature declares the second Friday in May of

 

each year as "Military Services Appreciation Day".
