FY 2007-08 REPEALER

Section 724 of the 2007 PA 131 is repealed.   The section was mistakenly retained in the enrolled FY 2007-08 Human Services budget bill due to a drafting error.  It references a restructuring of juvenile justice medium and low security beds that was not part of the final funding decisions for the budget.
