A SUMMARY OF HOUSE BILL 4924 AS INTRODUCED 6-14-07

House Bill 4924 would amend the Revised School Code to prohibit the board of a school district from operating a school, or any other education program, outside the boundaries of that school district, unless the board had the written permission of the board members of the school district in which its school or program was located.
