OVERVIEW

House Bill 5342, as originally introduced, is a "zero-based" supplemental appropriations bill for FY 2007-08.  The bill contains the basic structure for a supplemental appropriations bill, but does not include any substantive appropriation or boilerplate items.

The House passed the as-introduced version of the bill.  In its current form, then, the House-passed version of House Bill 5342 would have no impact on the FY 2007-08 state budget.
