A SUMMARY OF HOUSE BILL 5769 AS REPORTED FROM COMMITTEE 5-15-08

 

The bill would extend the sunset of the Renewable Fuels Commission Act, which created the Renewable Fuels Commission within the Department of Agriculture, from January 1, 2010 to January 1, 2012.  Under the bill, the Commission would be required to report on the supply and production of alternative fuels in Michigan in addition to its current duties.
