CONTENT
The bill would amend Public Act 286 of 1964, which deals with the State Transportation Commission, to remove a requirement that each member of the Commission give to the State a $25,000 bond, with sureties approved by the State Treasurer, conditioned on the faithful discharge of the duties of his or her office, with the premium to be paid from the State Transportation Fund.
