SUBSTITUTE FOR

HOUSE BILL NO. 4771

      A bill to amend 1979 PA 152, entitled

"State license fee act,"

(MCL 338.2201 to 338.2277) by adding section 19.

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

 1  Sec. 19. Fees for a person licensed or seeking licensure as

 2  an interior designer under article 28 of the occupational code,

 3  MCL 339.2801 to 339.2819, are as follows:

4       (a) Application processing fee.................. $50.00

5       (b) License fee, per year.......................  70.00

 6        Enacting section 1. This amendatory act does not take effect

 7  unless House Bill No. 4772 of the 94th Legislature is enacted

 8  into law.
