A bill to amend 1927 PA 175, entitled
"The code of criminal procedure,"
by amending sections 11b and 12d of chapter XVII (MCL 777.11b and
777.12d), section 11b as amended by 2005 PA 207 and section 12d
as amended by 2002 PA 127.
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

4 Enacting section 1. This amendatory act does not take effect
