SUBSTITUTE FOR

SENATE BILL NO. 1501

     A bill to amend 1982 PA 295, entitled

"Support and parenting time enforcement act,"

(MCL 552.601 to 552.650) by adding section 25j.

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

     Sec. 25j. A payer shall give a recipient of support and the

title IV-D agency notice, by ordinary mail, if the payer

anticipates that the payer will or may receive property, including

money, against which a lien will be levied under section 25a.
