by amending section 402 (MCL 380.402), as amended by 2000 PA 230.
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:
Sec. 402. A school district that has a pupil membership of at
least
100,000 60,000 enrolled on the most recent pupil membership
count day is a first class school district governed by this part.
