SENATE SUBSTITUTE FOR

HOUSE BILL NO. 4923

     A bill to amend 2001 PA 142, entitled

"Michigan memorial highway act,"

(MCL 250.1001 to 250.2080) by adding section 1063.

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

     Sec. 1063. The portion of highway I-94 in Van Buren county

shall be known as the "Trooper Rick L. Johnson Memorial Freeway".
