     A bill to amend 2001 PA 142, entitled

 

"Michigan memorial highway act,"

 

(MCL 250.1001 to 250.2080) by adding section 89.

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

 

     Sec. 89. The portion of highway M-153 beginning at the

 

intersection of highway M-153 and Newburgh road and extending east

 

to the intersection of highway M-153 and Wayne road shall be known

 

as the "Firefighter Brian Woehlke Memorial Highway".
