ENROLLED HOUSE BILL No. 4151
AN ACT to repeal 1959 PA 186, entitled “An act to regulate the use of certain spring, gas or air operated handguns and to provide a penalty for violation of this act,” (MCL 752.891 to 752.892).
The People of the State of Michigan enact:
Enacting section 1. 1959 PA 186, MCL 752.891 to 752.892, is repealed effective July 1, 2015.
Enacting section 2. This amendatory act does not take effect unless all of the following bills of the 98th Legislature are enacted into law:
(a) Senate Bill No. 85.
(b) House Bill No. 4152.
(c) House Bill No. 4153.
(d) House Bill No. 4154.
(e) House Bill No. 4155.
(f) House Bill No. 4156.
This act is ordered to take immediate effect.
