SUMMARY:

House Bill 4881 would amend the Michigan Vehicle Code to define “clearly visible” in regard to a vehicle license plate to mean the plate is free from an obstruction that is physically present on the plate.

FISCAL IMPACT:

House Bill 4881 would have no apparent fiscal impact to the State or local governments.
