A bill to amend 1984 PA 431, entitled

"The management and budget act,"

(MCL 18.1101 to 18.1594) by adding section 261g.

the people of the state of michigan enact:

Sec. 261g. A state agency, unit of local government, university, community college, or entity that receives money from a state agency or local unit of government is subject to the same restrictions and prohibitions that apply to the purchase or acquisition of drones that apply to the federal government.
