Michigan Board of Audiology

Erica Bennett, of 32725 Wing Lake Road, Franklin, Michigan 48025, Oakland County, reappointed to represent audiologists for a term commencing July 21, 2025, and expiring June 30, 2029.

Commission on Community Action and Economic Opportunity

Kim Smith Oldham, of 60263 62nd Avenue, Hartford, Michigan 49057, Van Buren County, succeeding Miguel Rodriguez, whose term has expired, appointed as a member representing community action agencies for a term commencing July 21, 2025, and expiring June 21, 2028.

I respectfully submit to the Senate the following appointments to office pursuant to Public Act 368 of 1978, MCL 333.16121, 333.16122, and 333.18103:

Michigan Board of Counseling

Sheri Pickover, of 989 Rikki Ann Court, Wixom, Michigan 48393, Oakland County, appointed as a member who is engaged primarily in teaching, training, or research in counseling for a term commencing July 21, 2025, and expiring June 30, 2029. Pickover fills a vacant seat.

Jessica Bonneville, of 5848 Wood Valley Drive, Haslett, Michigan 48840, Ingham County, appointed as a member who is engaged primarily in providing counseling techniques, behavior modification techniques, or preventative techniques to clients for a term commencing July 21, 2025, and expiring June 30, 2029. Bonneville succeeds Sheri Pickover, whose seat designation has changed.

Steven Viger, of 2832 Buglers Way, East Lansing, Michigan 48823, Ingham County, succeeding Raymond DeWitt, whose term has expired, appointed as a member of the general public for a term commencing July 21, 2025, and expiring June 30, 2029.

Michigan Board of Nursing

Lori Fitzpatrick, of 337 Timber Ridge Drive, Highland, Michigan 48357, Oakland County, succeeding Lori Glenn, whose term has expired, appointed as a nurse midwife for a term commencing July 21, 2025, and expiring June 30, 2029.

Pierre Boutros, of 879 Lake Park Drive, Suite B, Birmingham, Michigan 48009, Oakland County, reappointed to represent pharmacists for a term commencing July 21, 2025, and expiring June 30, 2029.

Michigan Board of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery.

Rebecca Sundling, of 2617 Lake Michigan Drive, N.W., Grand Rapids, Michigan 49504, Kent County, succeeding Jodie Sengstock, whose term has expired, appointed as a podiatrist for a term commencing July 21, 2025, and expiring June 30, 2029.

Shaquila Myers, of 1720 Osborn Road, Lansing, Michigan 48915, Ingham County, succeeding Alessandra Carreon, whose term has expired, appointed for a term commencing July 21, 2025, and expiring July 2, 2031.

I respectfully submit to the Senate the following appointments to office pursuant to Public Act 451 of 1994, MCL 324.76103:

Michigan Underwater Salvage and Preserve Committee

Ronald Bloomfield, of 1322 East Beaver Road, Kawkawlin, Michigan 48631, Bay County, will be reappointed as a member of the general public for a term commencing August 18, 2025, and expiring August  17, 2028.

Jeremiah Edson, of 1808 Timberlane Drive, Traverse City, Michigan 49686, Grand Traverse County, will be reappointed as a member of the general public with experience in recreational scuba diving for a term commencing August 18, 2025, and expiring August 17, 2028.

Daniel Friedhoff, of 320 McCann Street, Saint Ignace, Michigan 49781, Mackinac County, will be reappointed as a member of the general public for a term commencing August 18, 2025, and expiring August 17, 2028.

Daniel Harrison, of 28803 West 9 Mile Road, Farmington Hills, Michigan 48336, Oakland County, succeeding Brian Smith, whose term will expire, will be appointed as a member of the general public with experience in recreational scuba diving for a term commencing August 18, 2025, and expiring August 17, 2028.

Stacy O’Brien, of 52945 Camelot Court, Shelby Township, Michigan 48315, Macomb County, succeeding Joseph Bower, whose term will expire, will be appointed as a member of the general public for a term commencing August 18, 2025, and expiring August 17, 2028.

Unemployment Insurance Appeals Commission

Julie Petrik, of 13156 Winchester Avenue, Huntington Woods, Michigan 48070, Oakland County, will be reappointed as a member in good standing of the State Bar of Michigan who has been an attorney licensed to practice in Michigan courts for five years or more for a term commencing August 1, 2025, and expiring July 31, 2029.

Sheryl McGrath, of 1866 Yosemite Drive, Okemos, Michigan 48864, Ingham County, succeeding Lester Owczarski, who has passed, will be appointed as a member in good standing of the State Bar of Michigan who has been an attorney licensed to practice in Michigan courts for five years or more for a term commencing August 1, 2025, and expiring July 31, 2029.

Michigan Veterans’ Facility Authority Board of Directors

Carla Neil, of 3370 South M-43 Highway, Hastings, Michigan 49058, Barry County, succeeding Leon Bauer, whose term has expired, appointed as a member representing the interests of one or more congressionally chartered veterans’ organizations for a term commencing July 21, 2025, and expiring April 15, 2029.

Workers’ Disability Compensation Appeals Commission

Duncan McMillan, of 1901 San Lu Rae Drive, Grand Rapids, Michigan 49506, Kent County, will be reappointed as an attorney licensed to practice in Michigan courts for five years or more with proficiency in the field of workers’ compensation law for a term commencing August 1, 2025, and expiring July 31, 2029.
