Amends secs. 17101, 17103 & 17107 of Act 451 of 1994 (MCL 324.17101 et seq.); adds secs. 11105a, 17105a, 17105b & 17105c & repeals secs. 17106 & 17106a of Act 451 of 1994 (MCL 324.17106 & 324.17106a).
