Retirement; public school employees; retirant employed to provide substitute teaching services by entity other than reporting unit; allow without forfeiture of retirement allowance or health care coverage if reporting unit pays 10% of compensation to retirement system. Amends sec. 61 of 1980 PA 300 (MCL 38.1361).
