Insurance; health benefits; insurer or health maintenance organization requiring physicians to hold certain certifications before paying or reimbursing claims; prohibit unless specifically required for licensure. Amends 1956 PA 218 (MCL 500.100 - 500.8302) by adding sec. 2212d.
